i think you should like to know why i stopped playing hattrick. this season i tried to start my youth-league with 16 teams. as you know yourselves it is quite difficult even to find sometimes teams to play with in a friendship game. and as hattrick has obvioiusly still some problems with the youth-league it was difficult to find and invite new teams. so tried to allocate teams from the public side in order to get teams, but however the link did not work at all, only when i tried to invite teams from the private side i succeeded. however, normally your are not aware if someone has invited you, so i informed them via the normal hattrick mail whether they are interested to join my youth league. most of the people were very nice and answered nicely back. but there were also persons who felt that this is advertising or spam. so when i sent these inviatations to many teams (mostly to teams who had only 1 or 2 teams in a youth-league) i suddenly got 2 days later the information that this was advertising and that i was fined with 10.000 euro. i excused for that but also told that i did not consider this as spam nor advertising but as invitations. but the 10.000 euro fine was ok, i accpeted it. the gamemaster who fined me warned also if i would advertise again i would be fined higher. so about 9 days later from the last time i was advertising (meanwhile my youth-league was full and no more advertising was needed) the same gamemaster appeared and told me that i was fined now with 50.000 euro. i told him that i was not advertising after he sent me the warning and that this was an old matter belonging to the first advertising mistake for which i have paid the fine. in reality no crime can be punished for one and the same thing commited at the same time. i told him this too. but he did not accept it and was very stubburn. he warned me to close my team. so i was so furious that i said to him that i will close my team myself. he answered: you are welcome. after this matter i wrote to the gamemaster senior but no reply came back. i told them if they act like this there is no wonder when more and more member are leaving hattrick. this is a thing which harms the reputation of hattrick. anyway i am going to play the last game on saturday (i have to rebuy at 11 players) to win against a bot-team and that the other teams in my league are not in the situation to start spekulate who wants to be the 2nd or 3rd or 4th in the ranking position. hattrick was a nice and fantastic game, but i don't continue for the price of my honour.
